SHIPPING POLICY

Your Allstar Mounds order will be delivered by common LTL carrier, either on a semi, box truck, or flat bed. The freight company will call you before making delivery to schedule a delivery appointment with the contact given during purchase. During delivery, you will need to be on site with the necessary equipment or personnel to safely unload your order from the truck. If there is any issue with your pitching mound from transit, please contact me immediately. I will do everything in my power to help and give you the best experience possible. We are here for you every step of the way!
